a strong shot of espresso

debates on whether green tea can replace coffee to chase away sleepyness...

someone uploaded rather a difficult medical terms to differentiate caffeine in coffee and in green tea.

opinion on this issue, listed on naver.com is divided, swinging widely both ways.

it's been about an hour since lunch, so instead of a foam-heavy latte, i tried espresso.

so strong, so bitter, ...

i think bitterness will keep me awake, if not caffeine

drink coffee for bitterness,, not for caffein or smell or aroma or whatever is in the coffee... bitterness can be traced into one of those elements in the coffee if we study closely the choromatographic ingredients of composition of coffee.. including espresso and others... the study of coffee or any subject is in depth.. once one choose to take an close eyes to it... Um Um Um

coffee aroma is good when in cafe, or sitting next to someone drinking it.

not quiet the same when smelling freshly ground coffe, which is quiet a lot stronger and less aromatic, and also when drinking it.

maybe coffee is something sentimental, aroma is better when just smelling it than when drinking it.

Add some sugar :)

Most Italians drink their espresso "dolce" (i.e. "sweet").
