got sony x505 at doorstep on Nov. 1st.

installed rhat fedora core on Nov. 2nd, for now.
Hm... what can I say? thought i might get debian installed, but rhat practically funded this baby.

rhat fedora got installed easily, w/ exception of network card config. had to download the driver. video and other drivers work fine.

got linux 2.6.9 src downloaded to home dir. sweet!
